Description:
FIX: Expected value not showing in message for build properties rule.
ADD: JelleDruyts.BuildCop.Console.exe now returns an exit code indicating the most severe log entry. 0 = Information, 1 = Warning, 2 = Error, 3 = Exception.
ADD: Support for default values for build properties. The build property rule now has a defaultValue attribute which can be used to specify the default value for the build property if it isn't found in the project.
